Revenue per employee ratio looks at the average revenue each employee generates for the company.


Revenue Per Employee = Revenue/ Current Number of Employees

Why is it important?

Revenue per employee signals how effective a company utilizes its workforce. Higher RPE values indicate that employees are productive and that companies are efficient at utilizing their workforce.
